Shipping Information:

Items shipped directly from Divas and Princesses and ordered by noon, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, (excluding weekends and holidays)are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Goods are usually delivered within 7-10 days of our email confirmation. Please allow an additional 5-10 days for normal USPS delivery. You can choose a shipping method once you place your order, or feel free to request store pickup to save shipping costs. We are located in Easton, MA. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii.

Items purchased at DivasandPrincesses.com will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Generally, you will have the option of upgrading to express shipping. Shipping costs are dependent on the destination of your order and the shipping method you select. Shipping costs also include USPS delivery confirmation charges, handling, and materials charges. We generally try to ship items at the most economical method available.

Store pickup hours are: Wednesday thru Friday 1:00pm-5:00pm; Saturdays and Sundays 12:00-5:00pm.

PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. You will have to choose the USPS Postal Service shipping option for PO Box addresses.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the merchandise dollar value of your order subtotal. Due to certain restrictions, we only ship to the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not ship to international addresses.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your purchase within 10 days of receipt for changes or for a complete refund of the purchase price of the item, excluding all shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. All items pictured represent what your product will look like (unless item description specifies "varied designs"), however, we will gladly accept returns of items in its original condition and neatly packed. We reserve the right to refuse returns should the item be returned damaged, soiled or otherwise used. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all items returned, so please make your selections accordingly. Special Note: Due to the "code" on Webkinz and TyGirlz items, there is a final sale policy on these items. Webkinz and TyGirlz doll products are not refundable, whether or not the code is opened, scratched or used.

Orders cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped, so, please be certain of your purchase. If item has been shipped, you may return the item per the return policy as outlined above.

I ordered the wrong item?

We will be happy to exchange your item (excluding Webkinz and TYGirlz products). Just return your item to us and let us know what new item you want. Normal shipping charges will apply. Call us at 508-230-3486 to obtain a return authorization number. We do not pay for you to ship the original item back to us.

Do you charge tax?

Tax of 5% is applicable for orders in the state of Massachusetts.
