What items will you price match? Price matching applies to our in-stock items and applies to the following individual products: Webkinz pets, webkinz clothing, webkinz trading cards, webkinz lipgloss & spritz, webkinz bookmarks, Lil Kinz pets, TyGirlz dolls, TYGirlz clothing, TY Beanie Babies, TY Pluffies, TY Beanie 2.0’s, and Dollhouses.
What items are not part of the Price Match Program? Since the majority of the following items are already discounted and priced and sold as a group item, price matching does NOT apply to the following: Webkinz Party Packages, Webkinz Party Gift Sets, Webkinz invitations, Webkinz Ready to Give gift sets, Webkinz Baskets, Webkinz sleeping bags, Webkinz party supplies or any other item other than what is specifically listed above.
What competitor websites will you price match? Most internet websites are included in our Price Match program as long as they are legitimate, authorized retailers, and non-auction retailers. The store must be an authorized online retailer to sell the product and must have the item in stock. Websites that are excluded from our price match program include all unauthorized webkinz and TY dealer websites such as: ebay, overstock.com, amazon.com, craigslist, etc. These types of websites are not Ganz or TY authorized dealers, therefore, we will NOT honor matching their prices. Can you give me an example of how you price match? Sure! Let’s say the price of our Webkinz pet is $12.99 and our shipping charge is $5.25, the total of your order with us would be $18.24. If you found the same pet at XYZ.com’s website selling for $8.99 and their shipping charge is $7.95, the total of the order with them is $16.94. We will sell you the item including USPS shipping for $16.94! It’s that simple! (Additional shipping charges will incur if you choose UPS Ground or UPS expedited shipping methods).
Price Match Policy:
The product being sold must be in new condition and have the same manufacturer item number from a U.S. based authorized dealer of the product and is selling a non-auction, in-stock item. The item is not a closeout, clearance, below-cost loss leader or bulk quantity item. The product must be immediately available for purchase and listed at its correct price (i.e., the listed price is not a typographical error). The store is not a membership or discount club store.
The total delivered price is calculated by adding the base item price plus shipping, handling, taxes and any other charges. Our Price Match Promise does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, special educational prices, promotional offers, discounts, restricted offers, rebates, coupons, certificates, premiums free or bonus offers, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, local brick and mortar stores, or special financing offers.

Shipping Information:
In-Stock items shipped directly from Divas and Princesses and ordered by noon, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, (excluding weekends and holidays)are typically processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Goods are usually delivered within 4-10 days of our email confirmation. Please allow an additional 5-10 days for normal first class USPS delivery. You can choose a shipping method of USPS or UPS Ground once you place your order. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii.
Orders that qualify for Free Shipping Promotions will be sent via USPS. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of free shipped items.
Items purchased at DivasandPrincesses.com will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Generally, you will have the option of upgrading to express shipping. Shipping costs are dependent on the destination of your order and the shipping method you select. Shipping costs also include USPS delivery confirmation charges, shipping insurance, handling, processing and materials charges. We generally try to ship items at the most economical method available.

PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. You will have to choose the USPS Postal Service shipping option for PO Box addresses.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the merchandise dollar value of your order subtotal. Due to certain restrictions, we only ship to the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not ship to international addresses.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your purchase within 10 days of receipt for changes or for a complete refund of the purchase price of the item, excluding all shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. All items pictured represent what your product will look like (unless item description specifies "varied designs"), however, we will gladly accept returns of items in its original condition and neatly packed. We reserve the right to refuse returns should the item be returned damaged, soiled or otherwise used. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all items returned, so please make your selections accordingly. Special Note: Due to the "code" on Webkinz, TyGirlz and Beanie 2.0 items, there is a final sale policy on these items. Webkinz, TyGirlz and Beanie 2.0 doll products are not refundable, whether or not the code is opened, scratched or used.
